A non refundable deposit to secure an individuals design time for a custom hat. This deposit will be deducted from the individuals hat at check out.
If the customer needs to reschedule and does so within 2 weeks prior to their appointment, the deposit will transfer over to the new date scheduled. If the customer needs to reschedule but fails to do so within 2 weeks of the appointment, the original deposit is not refundable and a new $25 deposit will be issued to reschedule. If the customer cancels their appointment this deposit is non refundable. If the customer is a NO show, NO call, this deposit is non refundable and a $50 deposit will be do for future scheduling.
